Booking policy, deposit policy, cancellation policy and no-show policy
Reservation policy
Check-in time: 15:00 - 23:00
Check-out time: 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to the availability of beds/rooms on the day, which has to be reconfirmed with the reception staff.
For Premium Business guests, a flexible check-in and check-out policy (24:00) applies, subject to availability.
Rooms unoccupied by 22:00 will be considered No-Show, unless by prior arrangement.
During peak season, all payments for reservations are non-refundable. The definition of the peak season will be determined by a unilateral decision of the hotel management.
Check-in after 07:00 and check-out after 16:00 is charged a full room rate.
All guests are required to present a valid identity document upon check-in; a valid passport is accepted as proof of identity for foreign guests and a valid ID document for domestic guests.
Guests staying at the hotel must be at least 18 years old.
At check-in, all guests must register via a guest registration form.
Please note that any changes to the guest's reservation may change the rate and/or may require cancellation fees.
Please note that any changes to the guest's accommodation After check-in, can only be made by e-mail at least 4 days prior to check-out. The email will be sent to the address from which you received your booking confirmation. If the accommodation period is less than or equal to 4 days, no change of accommodation will be accepted.
Group guests and corporate guests may have some special arrangements based on their contract with Hotel boutique Casa del Sole or based on a unilateral decision of the hotel management.
In the case of reservations guaranteed with a form of payment at the time of booking, rooms are held until the hotel's check-out time (12:00) on the day following arrival.
For reservations that are not guaranteed with a form of payment at the time of booking, rooms are held until the cancellation time set in accordance with the booking rules. In the event that more guests arrive than can be accommodated due to hotel overbooking or unforeseen circumstance, and the hotel is unable to hold rooms in accordance with this room hold policy, Hotel boutique Casa del Sole will attempt to accommodate guests, at its own expense, at a comparable hotel in the area for the overbooked night(s), as well as pay transportation to that hotel. A hotel or rooms with a rating of 4* in the city of Timișoara will be considered as comparable accommodation. If no comparable accommodation is available in the city of Timisoara, the full amount paid for the accommodation will be refunded to the guest.
Deposit policy:
Credit card reservation with guarantee for individual guests (FIT reservation):
Each guest wishing to make a reservation at Hotel boutique Casa del Sole must make a deposit of one night's accommodation of the total amount to confirm the reservation. The deposit can only be paid by credit card or directly to the bank account by proforma invoice/offer, 7 days prior to check-in.
The remaining amount will be debited from your credit card 3 working days prior to arrival at Hotel boutique Casa del Sole.
Group guest:
Each group wishing to make a reservation at Hotel boutique Casa del Sole must make a deposit of 50% of the total amount to confirm the reservation. The deposit can be paid by credit card or directly into the bank account by proforma invoice/offer. The remaining amount will be invoiced according to the terms set out in the Group Contract and/or Offer.
Corporate guest:
A corporate guest is a person who uses the services of Hotel boutique Casa del Sole on the basis of a contract between Hotel boutique Casa del Sole and a company or other business organization.
Each Corporate Guest wishing to make a reservation at the boutique Hotel Casa del Sole must make a deposit of 50% of the total amount to confirm the reservation. The deposit can be paid by credit card or by payment into the bank account by proforma/offer. The remaining amount will be charged according to the terms set out in the Corporate Contract and/or the Offer.
Cancel/no-show policy:
FIT reservations (individual):
Credit card guarantee: Guest can change/cancel reservation by e-mail.
- Free cancellation up to 1 day before Check In - no cancellation fees apply and a full refund is given
- If canceled on the day of check in or no show, the first night's accommodation is charged
Group bookings:
Credit card guarantee: The group has the right to modify/cancel the reservation by e-mail.
at least 45 days before the arrival date - no cancellation fees apply and a refund of the total amount is granted.
At least 30 days before the arrival date - a refund of 70% of the total amount is granted.
At least 15 days before the arrival date - a refund of 30% of the total amount is granted.
If the cancellation period has expired without penalty, the amount forfeited will be 100%. Additional fees and charges may apply.
The refund policy is based on the total amount of the stay, not on the 50% paid in advance to confirm the booking.
In case of proven death or injury, a refund may be granted at the discretion of the General Manager and/or the Reception Manager.
If the group arrives on the day following arrival before check-out time (11:00 a.m.), the No-Show fee for one night's stay will apply, depending on the room category booked, and the reservation for the remaining period will remain valid, unless otherwise defined in the applicable Group Contract. If the Group arrives the day after check-out time (11:00 am) on the day following arrival, the Group will forfeit the reservation, unless otherwise defined in the applicable Group Contract.
Corporate reservations:
Credit card guarantee: Guest can change/cancel reservation by e-mail.
at least 10 days before the arrival date - no cancellation fees apply and a refund of the total amount is granted.
At least 5 days before the arrival date - a refund of 70% of the total amount is granted.
At least 48 hours before the arrival date - a refund of 30% of the total amount is granted.
If the cancellation time has passed without penalty, the amount forfeited will be 100%. Additional fees and charges may apply.
The refund policy is based on the total amount of the stay, not on the 40% paid in advance to confirm the booking.
In case of proven death or accident, a refund -may be granted at the discretion of the general manager and/or the reception manager.
If the guest arrives on the day following arrival before check-out time (11:00), the No-Show fee for one night's stay will be charged according to the room category booked and the reservation for the remaining time remains valid. If the guest arrives the day after check-out time (11:00), the reservation is forfeited.
